They are the very best family owned business!! One of the very few places I know I can still get excellent customer service and help with choosing the best designs for my home. Beautiful selection and they can even special order for you. They also pick up your rugs, clean them and drop them back off. If I could give them ten stars I would!

Ashly Rugs does a such phenomenal job restoring and cleaning rugs to their original condition- so much so they look like new again! Their Customer service is on point and they really listen to their clients simultaneously explaining the process and time needed for their service. And speaking of service I was pleasantly surprised by their turnaround time! 10/10 Recommend!

We have an older shag rug that was for the most part under a king size bed. The outer sections were looking pretty bad from walking on and puppy accidents. I was about to trash it and buy a new one. It Helena insisted they could clean it. That they did! It is back to its beautiful shaggy self and we couldn’t be happier!!!

Not only have they taken fantastic care of our heirloom rugs, but they also have a great selection of their own to choose from. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

True professionals! First time I worked with this company to have my 3 wool/silk rugs cleaned. From the beginning, talking with Helaine, I knew it would be a good experience as she was friendly and professional and willing to schedule a pickup that would work for me. Their pricing was reasonable - as I had a quote from a competing firm that specializes in these kinds of rugs to compare to. The rugs were not only beautifully cleaned but they had them finished in 2 weeks and were able to deliver on a day that was convenient for me. The men that delivered were very well trained to place the rugs pads perfectly and carefully move the furniture in order to do so. Everything was a good experience! I will be using them again and recommend them to anyone with fine rugs!

I had Asleys out to change my awful rug pads to the felt pads for wood floors : The guys came out quickly , moved my furniture , installed the new pads and put my furniture back exactly how it was before . I will use Ashely's in the future to clean rugs ! Professional , reasonable and responsible.

My son accidentally spilled a red Gatorade drink on our wool area rug. We brought it to Ashly Rug Cleaners and they were able to get it out and the whole rug is spotless! In addition, they were able to do it in a short amount of time (1 week). I would highly recommend them!!

Ashly Rug Cleaners did a great job on our fine woven rug. There were many little outfits that advertised cleaning these rugs, but we felt very comfortable in going to a company that is in the business of selling them also. Fast turnaround, along with pick-up and return made the experience very nice. Price also competitive with other bids (based on rug size).
