Reviews for Ashly Rug Cleaners

Have used this company to clean rugs twice now. They do an excellent job for a fair price. Staff and service are friendly and reliable.

Great service on cleaning our rugs! Very friendly and helpful.

Swift, professional service. Had an old 10x8 Afghan rug that was about to be thrown away. For only $300 the rug looks brand new.

Ashly Fine Rugs is the best. They have the nicest staff, amazing selection and decades of experience. They can help with anything from a new rug purchase, to a custom purchase to cleaning an existing rug! You won't be disappointed when working with Ashly Fine Rugs!

Rugs look amazing!! Thank you

Great job!!! Great people !!!

They did a wonderful job on my heirloom-quality rug. The customer services was wonderful! I highly recommend their services.

Used them to have a rug Overdyed -- AFAIK they are the only dedicated rug professionals in the American South that offer this service. Very accommodating, responsive, and professional folks. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, great price, great results!

I have been a customer of Ashly Rugs for several years. I have purchased rugs from Ashly and also used their cleaning and restoration services. They are easy to work with, price their rugs and cleaning services fairly, and are always focused on customer satisfaction. Whether I speak to Alex or Helena on the phone or stop by the store, I feel like family when shopping with Ashly Rugs.

I had two Afghan rugs cleaned last year and brought the one in a high-traffic area that also accumulated a lot of cat hair despite vacuuming back for cleaning again this year. Ashly consistently does a great job and the work is completed when promised.

Great service based on a very long experience.

Alex and Helena are very knowledgeable. Great selection and the service is off the chart. We could not believe how great our rugs looked after cleaning.

I purchased several rugs over the past few years and had rugs cleaned with Ashley Fine Rugs. They gave me a great value and did an excellent job on the cleaning. I trust them on price and quality.

A fine, family owned, local business. Staff are very knowledgeable and their cleaning service saved a treasured rug of ours that we thought was beyond hope. We will shop with them for life.

Helena and Alex have always been so helpful. They gave me great advice and suggestions on coordinating all the rugs in my house. And then when my kids spilled coffee all over my living room rug at Christmas they came and picked it up and did a terrific job cleaning it and bringing it back and restoring order in the room, which involved moving all the furniture. I highly recommend their business!

I brought in rugs to be cleaned not only was it a quick turnaround it was also reasonably priced. One of the rugs needed repair and they were able to take care of that too! This was very important to me because the rug was an antique. It’s nice to know that they know how to take care of a precious family heirloom. I highly recommend!

Katy has its own fine rug dealer. They made a great job in cleaning and repairing one of mine. Thanks.

If you have a rug that needs to be cleaned look no further. They are the experts with years of experience. Don’t trust your beautiful specialty rugs to just your average “carpet cleaner “.
Reasonable rates and quick turn around. Locally owned and operated family business.

Friendly, fast and affordable. They did an amazing job on my antique orientals. Will be back with more soon.

Your rugs will be in safe hands! They have cleaned our rugs 2 years in a row. The work is excellent, and they are very knowledgeable about Persian rugs. A pleasure doing business
