Don’t take your rug anywhere else. We had an absolute disaster with some .com outfit. Ashly fixed them for us and we got them back in 4 days since the previous company had left them wet and gross! These folks are wonderful. Don’t question the price. They are worth every penny!

I had a wonderful experience with Ashly Rugs. I had three rugs picked up for cleaning. The pick up by Alex and Rashid was on time and a seamless experience. The rugs were cleaned, Scotchguarded and moth proofed. One of the rugs required restoration due to wear and previous damage. It was beautifully restored. They delivered and placed the rugs in the appropriate rooms after cleaning was completed. Alex and his team are true professionals who care about their customers. I would highly recommend them!

Ashly Rugs did an excellent job cleaning my 2- 20yr old rugs. They look as good as the day I bought them. The pickup and delivery service was well coordinated and accommodating.
Overall these guys are very knowledgeable and customer oriented. I would definitely use them again.

I used Ashley Rugs to clean a very large area rug in my living room. They did an amazing job. It looks better than new. They also picked up and delivered the rug moving all furniture and resizing the pad. I’m so grateful! Excellent work! Highly recommend!

My 30 year old oriental rug is beautiful but was desperately in need of cleaning. Ashly Rugs kept it for 2 1/2 weeks; I was worried that I had made a mistake, and my rug wouldn't be the same. It was stained so we sent it to Ashly Rugs for cleaning. When we got it back, it looked brand new. They were also very patient about delivery after the BIG FREEZE! Thank you!

I did a search on the web for a fine carpet cleaning service and I came accross Alex and his lovely wife Helena, a wonderful professional couple. I conversed with them by email and Alex responded very quickly everytime. I fined out they knew the requirements for cleaning and taking care of my aerloom silk and wool carpet. We agreed on the price and the turnaround time and scheduled the drop of that saved me a bundle on the total cost. Upon arrival at the shop Alex electronically scaned the carpet for hidden stains that were not visible to the eye. They also trimed and evened out the fringes that was icing on the cake. Their prices were very reasonable and their attitude and deminor was professional yet very friendly. I feel that I not just found a carpet cleaning service for life but I made a friendship that will also lasts for life. Their warmth and kindness assured me that my precious carpet was in good hands.

My elderly parents have a rug that has been passed down from several generations. The fringe on the rug had become tattered and worn down so my mom wanted me to find a place that would remove the fringe, repair and clean the rug. I knew right where I wanted to take it as I've been a loyal customer to Ashly rugs for 10+ years.

I drove my parents to the most amazing and beautiful building on Richmond Avenue! We were greeted instantly and warmly, and Alex and his team were especially kind to my parents. My dad loves to talk and tell stories and even though they were busy that day, it never showed. They patiently listened to his stories and chatted with him. It was a clear reflection of their character - kind and caring!

We left the rug in their good hands and a few weeks later, it was ready! I have to say my parents were thrilled at how it came out - it truly looks like a brand new, never used rug! I don't know how they work their magic on rugs, but they exceeded all of our expectations!

Once again, I came away impressed, happy and satisfied with the entire experience!!

I wanted to share how much I appreciate Ashly Fine rug. Having several rugs in our home that have needed cleaning, and after trying another rug cleaner, we were so pleased that we sent ours to Ashley as when returned there was no damage to the colors nor was there any damage to our rugs. Let me tell you, the owners, Helen and Alex are experts in rugs, and if I had a bigger home, this would be where I went to roll out rugs to find the one I wanted!

I bought a fine Persian rug many years ago (at a different store) and I've never had it cleaned (just spot cleaning from spills/pets) and I decided it was finally time to get it professionally cleaned. While I was there we talked about options to help keep this beautiful rug in top condition for a long time. I was very happy with my experience here.
