And after cleaning it, they stored it for a couple more weeks until the offending pup was returned to its owner. I definitely will be using Ashly Fine Rugs in the future!

Great work, made fire damage disappear

Don’t take your rug anywhere else. We had an absolute disaster with some .com outfit. Ashly fixed them for us and we got them back in 4 days since the previous company had left them wet and gross! These folks are wonderful. Don’t question the price. They are worth every penny!

I had a wonderful experience with Ashly Rugs. I had three rugs picked up for cleaning. The pick up by Alex and Rashid was on time and a seamless experience. The rugs were cleaned, Scotchguarded and moth proofed. One of the rugs required restoration due to wear and previous damage. It was beautifully restored. They delivered and placed the rugs in the appropriate rooms after cleaning was completed. Alex and his team are true professionals who care about their customers. I would highly recommend them!

My 30 year old oriental rug is beautiful but was desperately in need of cleaning. Ashly Rugs kept it for 2 1/2 weeks; I was worried that I had made a mistake, and my rug wouldn't be the same. I did a search on the web for a fine carpet cleaning service and I came accross Alex and his lovely wife Helena, a wonderful professional couple. I conversed with them by email and Alex responded very quickly everytime. I fined out they knew the requirements for cleaning and taking care of my aerloom silk and wool carpet. We agreed on the price and the turnaround time and scheduled the drop of that saved me a bundle on the total cost. Upon arrival at the shop Alex electronically scaned the carpet for hidden stains that were not visible to the eye. They also trimed and evened out the fringes that was icing on the cake. Their prices were very reasonable and their attitude and deminor was professional yet very friendly. I feel that I not just found a carpet cleaning service for life but I made a friendship that will also lasts for life. Their warmth and kindness assured me that my precious carpet was in good hands.
