Helena and Alex have always been so helpful. They gave me great advice and suggestions on coordinating all the rugs in my house. And then when my kids spilled coffee all over my living room rug at Christmas they came and picked it up and did a terrific job cleaning it and bringing it back and restoring order in the room, which involved moving all the furniture. I highly recommend their business!

I brought in rugs to be cleaned not only was it a quick turnaround it was also reasonably priced. One of the rugs needed repair and they were able to take care of that too! This was very important to me because the rug was an antique. It’s nice to know that they know how to take care of a precious family heirloom. I highly recommend!

Ashly Fine Rugs is a hidden treasure of talent, product and skills. They restored a rug for me that I thought was lost to Harvey. And I am not the only one. Great inventory with people that know what they are talking about.

I have a very large, very valuable area rug in our main living area that I sent to Ashly Fine Rugs for its first ever professional cleaning after 7 years of ownership. We have 7 children who do not always obey the rule to eat only in the kitchen and a dog that had many potty accidents on the rug. I spot treated the rug when I caught an accident and ran over it with a steam mop every now and then to freshen it up but it was still very obviously dirty and smelled a little funky in certain areas. AFR picked up my rug and delivered it back to me 14 days later looking brand new. The total cost for the cleaning including pickup and delivery and tax was around $520. I won a coupon for $100 off in a drawing so paid around $420. That seemed rather costly and going without the rug for 2 weeks in the main living area when we had guests in our home several times in that period when the rug wasn't actually cleaned until the very end of the 14-day window was challenging for this woman who likes to have everything looking perfect for company. However, I am extremely pleased with the service and will absolutely do it again! I look forward to buying my next rug from them as well. Thank you!

Flooded by Harvey ,they collected 3 persian carpets cleaned and repaired ,did not hound me to accept delivery till I was ready to receive back in my restored home .They delivered promptly after I was ready 5 months later.Unbelievable service .Thank you Ashley Fine Rugs!

Did a great job cleaning my Persian rugs after Harvey. Highly recommend.

Best service ever! They picked up 3 of our rugs after Harvey (2 of which were in the trash pile because we did not think they were salvageable). They cleaned, restored, stored and delivered all three rugs for a price that was less than one of our rugs cost to purchase. They held onto these rugs for 8 months! Unbelievable! Everyone I show these rugs to simply cannot believe they were under water in Harvey. Amazing on every level!

I was impressed with their promptness in picking up our Oriental rug for cleaning. We previously had used Sears. It was nice to have a place close to our home. We were very pleased with the results.
