My elderly parents have a rug that has been passed down from several generations. The fringe on the rug had become tattered and worn down so my mom wanted me to find a place that would remove the fringe, repair and clean the rug. I knew right where I wanted to take it as I've been a loyal customer to Ashly rugs for 10+ years. I drove my parents to the most amazing and beautiful building on Richmond Avenue! We were greeted instantly and warmly, and Alex and his team were especially kind to my parents. My dad loves to talk and tell stories and even though they were busy that day, it never showed. They patiently listened to his stories and chatted with him. It was a clear reflection of their character - kind and caring! We left the rug in their good hands and a few weeks later, it was ready! I have to say my parents were thrilled at how it came out - it truly looks like a brand new, never used rug! I don't know how they work their magic on rugs, but they exceeded all of our expectations! Once again, I came away impressed, happy and satisfied with the entire experience!!

Alex and his team have been phenomenal during a very difficult time after my home and contents were damaged. They treated me like family, took a personal interest, and made the impossible happen. Immediate pickup, speedy job, and very reasonable! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! A+

They picked up a large white rug stained all kinds of yellow and brown from a puppy. They returned a perfect white rug. Outstanding!

I wanted to share how much I appreciate Ashly Fine rug. Having several rugs in our home that have needed cleaning, and after trying another rug cleaner, we were so pleased that we sent ours to Ashley as when returned there was no damage to the colors nor was there any damage to our rugs. Let me tell you, the owners, Helen and Alex are experts in rugs, and if I had a bigger home, this would be where I went to roll out rugs to find the one I wanted!

The owners and other folks were friendly and efficient. I had some rugs cleaned. Nicely done and on time. Nice place too.

I bought a fine Persian rug many years ago (at a different store) and I've never had it cleaned (just spot cleaning from spills/pets) and I decided it was finally time to get it professionally cleaned. While I was there we talked about options to help keep this beautiful rug in top condition for a long time. I was very happy with my experience here. The rug looks fantastic and I am pleased that we were able to add peace of mind for future protection.

Ashly Fine Rug associates took the utmost care with my Oushak rugs and restored them to their original beauty!!! They got the wine AND pet stains out of the rugs!! The team even picked them up and placed them back in their respective rooms and under furniture!! 5 STARS doesn't even cover their services! They deserve 10 STARS!!

Great work cleaning our rug after our ceiling collapsed with water from the ac drip and got all that wet gypsum and pink insulation. Didn't buy a rug, but the selection is incredible there and such beautiful classic rugs. Very helpful and friendly.

A family owned business that has its customers in mind whether the customer is buying a new rug or having service on an existing one. We had a silk rug cleaned there recently and it was a perfect job. While there I was able to witness one of the craftsman renewing the fringe on an older rug - very precise and overall excellent.

We've had our rugs cleaned by Ashley Fine Rugs for 4 years in a row. They are punctual, very knowledgeable about handmade persian carpets, and do very good work. Our carpets are returned in excellent condition.

Having brought 3 of our rugs to be cleaned, that we purchased in India, that our dog had stained, I have to say, we are so pleased to know that there is someone here in Katy that appreciates my rugs, so when I take them to be cleaned, they are returned to me better than when I took then to them. Now working on the dog to appreciate our backyard!

We had a water heater burst and flood our den. The 11x14 rug in it was saturated. I called ashly fine rugs who I had used previously for cleaning and they sent their guys out to extract the water and take the rug for cleaning and drying. They were there within 2 hours. They do an excellent cleaning and are easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Ashly rugs did a wonderful job cleaning my rug, it looks brand new. So happy I called them.

A great company to work with. They collected the rugs from my house and delivered them to my storage unit when ready, and on the date I needed them. They repaired a couple of my rugs and cleaned all 14 of them ready for storage. They applied moth protection to each carpet after cleaning and rolled them up like tootsie rolls. Excellent communication start to finish!

Ashly Fine Rugs is great to work with as they are professional and very friendly. It is refreshing that the staff are well educated in what they do. I brought in 6 different rugs from all over world to get cleaned and the owner was able to tell me where each of my rugs was from and the process they would use in order to clean them (bath). These rugs needed the cleaning and when we went through this process and received them back after about 10 days (worth the wait), the rugs looked as if they were brand new....so awesome.....thank you!
