I am so pleased with the results of our professional area rug restoration! We had a 1970s ivory wool shag rug from Greece restored and it was in storage since my husband was a baby. It looks and feels brand new! Our living room shag is 8 years old and because they did such a beautiful job on the Greek shag, we decided to have that one cleaned too. It looks brand new and was so much more economical than buying a new one! Thank you to the owner, Helena, for the most amazing customer service and professionalism. Will absolutely use again in the future!!

I had 2 wool rugs sized down to fit my space. Plus a little rug made out of the left overs of one of them. The workmanship is excellent. I cannot tell which side of the rugs was trimmed. The new binding matches exactly. I am very pleased!

Helena and Alex were excellent to work with. They gave me suggestions that saved me money on the rug repairs I needed. They also came and picked up my rugs and took them to be deep cleaned. After the cleaning and repairs, they moved any furniture to replace the rugs and pads. Ashly Fine Rugs knows how to keep their customers coming back.

I really enjoyed working with Helena and Alex to get my existing wool area rugs cleaned and repaired. They know what they're doing and answered all of my questions during the process. I know I'll be back to buy new rugs from them also. Alex said that can even custom design a rug to my exact specifications and colors.

Description of Work: I bought 4 oriental rugs from them. The owner and his wife were very helpful; they explained where the rugs were from; they had their workers pull numerous rugs for me to see; they told me which rugs would stand up to animals. I will definitely use them the next time I am in the market for this type of rug.
